Designer / Creative Director
Kevin is a multi-disciplinary designer with over 30 years of experience driving design innovation for existing brands needing improvement and new ones needing to accelerate growth.
He believes in building brands through a thoughtful design process, drawing from his wide-ranging experiences inside leading design-driven companies, branding and product design studios, and world-class advertising agencies.
As a designer, strategist, and innovator, Kevin seeks new and better ways to communicate compelling ideas, purify a brand’s purpose, and create compelling experiences that attracts fans.
His work has been recognized by many respected industry competitions, including the first-ever Titanium Lion at the Cannes Advertising Festival for the pioneering BMW Films “The Hire” campaign.
Kevin lives with his wife and son north of Chicago in Wilmette, close to where Bill Murray and John Hughes grew up.When he’s not working, you’ll find him on a tennis court, a golf course, or on a race track.

Senior Art Producer
Originally from Kansas City, Kimber is a freelance Art Producer both locally in Chicago and available for remote projects. Prior to going freelance, she was an in-house Producer and Studio Manager for tabletop and food photographer legend, Dave Jordano for 4 years and then an Art Buyer at Ogilvy Chicago for 5 years.
Since going freelance in 2013, she has been fortunate to work in many of Chicago’s top agencies including: Edelman, FCB Chicago, AbelsonTaylor, CAHG, Y&R Midwest, VSA Partners, The Marketing Store, Two x Four, Geometry Global, Wunderman, Cavalry Agency, Upshot Chicago and PR%F, the internal agency for Beam Suntory. She has also worked as a Producer with Quriosity Productions and Kim Knight Productions.
Some of her favorite work includes: photography and videos for www.thecocktailproject.com, producing large scale, outdoor murals for the #UndeniablyDairy campaign, 2014 FIFA McDonald’s french fry cups, and American Express’ “Shop Small” window stickers for Chicago, Seattle and the New England region.She was also the founder of The Art Buyer’s of Chicago (ABC’s) Club, which was a fun quarterly gathering of her Art Buyer colleagues for cocktails, camaraderie and networking.

Scott Crowell, the Chief Creative Officer at Red Racer Advertising, commands the helm of a vibrant creative team dedicated to forging groundbreaking advertising campaigns for a roster of local, regional, and national clientele. With an expansive career that stretches over two decades in the advertising and design realms, Scott has honed his expertise in branding, in-store promotions, and lead generation, marking him as a leader in the field.
Before embarking on the entrepreneurial journey as a founding partner of Red Racer, Scott's career includes pivotal roles at prestigious Omnicom agencies such as DDB Needham, Tracey-Locke, and The Integer Group. His leadership has propelled a variety of esteemed clients, including American Airlines, AT&T, TGI Fridays, FedEx Office, Mrs. Fields, Verizon, 7-Eleven, MasterCard, and Live Nation, among others.
Beyond his professional accolades, Scott is active in the advertising community, contributing his time and insights through engagements with the DSVC and Dallas Ad League. His dedication extends to civic engagement as a board member of the Greater East Dallas Chamber of Commerce, where he leads the marketing and communications committee, demonstrating his commitment to fostering community and business growth.
Outside the confines of the office, Scott finds solace and inspiration in the great outdoors, engaging in golf, hunting, fishing, and camping. His quest for personal growth sees him embracing the challenge of mastering the guitar, which he has yet to do.

Sue Murphy
Senior Global Director of Design
Sue grew up in Ireland, spending most of her time in a very small town behind a computer coding websites and making tv commercials featuring her cousins. After receiving a degree in Visual Communications in Dublin, she earned a scholarship to the Savannah College of Art & Design in the US and received her Masters in Advertising.
Her career has involved moving back and forth between design and advertising agencies, and cities. This has lead to a unique blend of branding and global experience. She worked in Amsterdam for the design agency Edenspiekermann, then relocated to the US where she has worked at Ogilvy, Wolff Olins, Wieden+Kennedy and Gretel, in New York, Atlanta Portland, and San Francisco.
Currently she oversees the Senior Global Director of Brand Design at The Coca-Cola Company, overseeing the world's most iconic, distinctive, and beloved brands in the 200+ brand portfolio.
Prior to TCCC, her clients have included Airbnb, Chobani, Google, Coca-Cola, Amazon and Samsung. Sue and her work has been featured in Wired, FastCompany, Rolling Stone and It’s Nice That. Alongside her work, Sue speaks at various conferences and provides a humble and honest viewpoint on branding, as well as mentoring students and judging award shows. Flor Leibaschoff has a thing for ideas. She is a passionate storyteller and was the first female Hispanic chief creative officer in the USH.
She has been named Shining Star by the American Advertising Federation and Woman to Watch by DMN (Data. Strategy. Technology), NY.
After working in the industry for over 25 years, Flor co-founded and leads BeautifulBeast as CCO. BeautifulBeast is a business growth company dedicated to cross-cultural solutions through creativity and big data.
